Our Process

Step 01

Selection of Land and Floor Plan.

The client pays an initial deposit of $2000. The package will remain off the market for 10 business days.

The client’s nominated solicitor receives the land purchase contract. The client is provided with the tender documents and building contract for review.
Standard inclusions and upgrade options are provided at this stage.

Step 02

Signing of the Land Purchase and Building Contract.

Land Purchase: Upon signing the land purchase contract, the client is required to pay a deposit of 5% of the purchase price which is held securely in the solicitor’s trust account.

Building Contract: Upon signing the building contract, the client is required to pay a 5% deposit of the total build price.

Step 03

Settlement of Land.

The solicitor will advise you of a settlement date and coordinate the settlement.

Step 04

Approvals.

To facilitate prompt approval upon land settlement, designing and other allowed documentation will be diligently completed before the settlement of the land. Complying Development Certificate or Development Application will be submitted to the relevant authority for approval upon the settlement of land purchase. Where permitted, the approvals will be organised before the land settlement.

Step 05

Build Commences.

The construction of your new home commences. The client will be allocated a construction supervisor who will project manage the construction and provide you with the key updates throughout the build.

Step 06

Completion of Project.

Exciting Times! The client’s new home is ready for handover and move-in.
